Our Click & Collect service offers a convenient way to shop online and pick up your items in-store. Simply place your online order and it'll be ready to collect from your chosen store within 3 business hours. Here are answers to common questions to help you make the most of this service.


How do I know what products are available for Click & Collect?
On each product you view, you'll be alerted with the stock availability for all stores. You can set your preferred store location.

How do I select Click & Collect at checkout?
Once you reach checkout, enter your address - the shipping methods will populate with your nearest Click & Collect locations.

How do I collect my Click & Collect order?
Once you're order is ready for collection, you'll receive a confirmation email from us, usually within 3 business hours. You will be required to show your photo ID, proof of address and notification that your order ready for collection.

No, we have no minimum spend or order quantity for Click & Collect.

If you're placing an order for multiple products that aren't all available in your selected Click & Collect store, you can opt for delivery for your full order instead. Alternatively, you can select a different nearby store that has all your items in stock.

We offer Click & Collect across our boutiques. Stores may be temporarily unavailable due to availability or during holiday periods. Click & Collect is not available at our David Jones concessions.

We aim to have your order ready for collection within 3 business hours of being placed. You'll receive an email from us confirming when the order is ready for collection. Please wait to receive this email before collecting your order. Please note, orders placed outside of our store opening hours will be completed the following day.

You can exchange your order in a Elka Collective store, however we are unable to process exchanges via post. You are welcome to return your order for a full refund by following the instructions listed here.

Yes! You are welcome to try on your new purchase in our change rooms, where our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with any questions.

Your order will be held for a maximum of 10 days in your chosen store. After this time, we will contact you to arrange delivery or a refund.

Yes, they will just need to show us a copy of the order confirmation email along with a form of ID for our records.
